Framed an open living zone with distinct TV lounge and gaming space
Created a half bathroom with privacy and future shower rough-in

Designed and built a media wall with integrated cable/electrical routing

Painted and trimmed with premium materials for longevity
We updated with new products and materials, and we repaired the rooms as needed.
Bathroom Renovation
The bathroom was updated with Schluter in-floor heat and rectangular tiles (Firenze Carrara Tile) installed along the floor and walls. The tiling had a marble gray finish, matching the tone of the countertops and contrasting the clean, custom cabinets surrounding the new Caldonia vanity.
Office Renovation
The office renovation required all new flooring, custom cabinets, and new countertops. The cabinets were Black Walnut. And the countertops were Tier 5, Rolling Jasmine Quartz which matched well with the hexagonal Carlos Silver tiles. Underneath the tiles, we installed Schluter Ditra-Heat flooring.
Office Challenges
Removal of the original floor revealed asbestos underneath. Remediation and contamination were required.
Bathroom Challenges
The challenge for the bathroom involved a rework of the ventilation system. There were issues with the exhaust fan’s ducts. We installed new venting on the roof and out of the side of the home.
